Qualifications:
- Active Texas state license in Occupational Therapy
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Prior experience working with school-age children, preferably K-10
- Background in assessment, evaluation, and delivery of direct therapy services
- Comfort working with autistic children
- Solid knowledge of articulation fluency therapy techniques
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver targeted OT interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Document services and student outcomes
- Support autistic students and those with articulation fluency needs
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
- Provide services on-site, one day per week
This role offers an hourly pay range of $42-$47, providing flexibility while enabling you to focus on direct student impact within a supportive school community.
