Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Fort Worth, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an onsite opportunity supporting students across K–12th grade, with grade-level assignments determined by the needs of the school and caseload.
The OT will provide occupational therapy services to approximately 45–60 students, depending on individual service minutes and student needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Support students in developing functional, fine motor, sensory, and school-related skills
- Provide services in accordance with students' IEPs and established service minutes
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with school staff and families as appropriate
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45–60 students, based on service requirements

Qualifications
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Appropriate credentials to provide occupational therapy services in Texas schools
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting students' academic and functional development
