Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of severe disabilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services—individually and in small groups—focused on improving participation in school activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal learning environments
- Document student progress and adjust goals according to needs and IEP requirements
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to encourage independence and functional skills
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations on adaptations and accommodations
