Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans that address IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate interventions throughout the school day
- Provide guidance and education to staff and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation on student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
