School Occupational Therapist | Boston, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License for Massachusetts (MA) required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions for diverse needs
- Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes on student performance
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and recommendations
- Engage creatively to foster students’ independence in classroom and school activities
