School Occupational Therapist - Boston, Massachusetts

Skills & Experience Desired:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Background in supporting students across K-12, though specific caseload will be determined upon placement
- Knowledge of providing therapy in alignment with IEP goals
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs in an educational setting
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging in a dynamic school community
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct assessments to identify areas impacting student participation and performance
- Document progress and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
- Support student access to curriculum and participation in school activities
