Long-Term Licensed Occupational Therapist School Setting - Boston, MA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Skilled in pediatric evaluation, intervention, and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Implement evidence-based OT interventions targeting fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure integrated care
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress
- Attend meetings and provide recommendations to IEP teams
