School Occupational Therapist | Bothell, Washington

Beginning immediately and extending likely through the end of the school year, you will play a vital role in helping students ages 6-14 achieve greater independence and access to learning. Enjoy a balanced, part-time schedule averaging 18 hours per week, serving both a middle and an elementary school with a diverse caseload of 16 students. You’ll have the opportunity to develop individualized strategies and interventions tailored to students’ unique needs, working closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active OT license in Washington
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other therapists
- Familiarity with IEP process and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both push-in and pull-out settings
- Conduct assessments and develop goals and treatment plans based on student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation reports
- Consult with staff and parents, offering strategies for classroom and home environments
- Maintain thorough and timely progress notes and documentation
