- Ability to organize and balance multiple caseloads efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students ages 3–14 to determine their needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Provide supervision for therapy assistants as required by state guidelines
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student learning and participation in school activities
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress—adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and expertise to guide student goals
- Ensure adherence to all district, state, and federal compliance standards
