You’ll work 35 hours per week and collaborate with educators and families to deliver evidence-based therapy in a range of settings, including schools, healthcare sites, home health, and via teletherapy. Exposure to multiple service models sharpens your practice and strengthens your resume, while introducing you to innovative methodologies and various leadership approaches. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Indiana OT license
- Experience in schools, healthcare, home health, and/or teletherapy preferred
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services for students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Consult with educational teams, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Contribute to team meetings and student progress discussions
