Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts OT or COTA licensure
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings
- Ability to assess and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting student needs
What you’ll do:
- Deliver makeup OT services to students in accordance with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate student success
- Organize and document therapy sessions and progress reports efficiently
- Implement therapeutic activities that foster independence, fine and gross motor skills, and participation in school activities
- Maintain compliance with school and state policies while nurturing an inclusive and positive learning environment
Program Structure:
- Summer assignments begin June 29th in tandem with the ESY schedule
- 4-week programs conclude July 23rd; 6-week programs wrap up August 6th
- Service days are Monday through Thursday for improved work/life balance
- Flexible assignment of 2-3 coverage days per week
