Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid OT license required
- Prior experience providing Occupational Therapy services in schools highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse student caseload and adapt interventions
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group OT services to students (caseload up to 20 students)
- Conduct thorough evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals focused on student growth and engagement
- Collaborate directly with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student needs are met
- Document interventions and progress in accordance with school standards
- Consult with educational teams on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
Opportunity Highlights:
- Part-time position: 1.5 days per week (16 hours) for the 2026-2027 academic year
