Qualifications:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota required
- Experience supporting students in a school setting, particularly at the high school level, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working well with staff, students, and families
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, accessible environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to high school students as indicated in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress to support student success
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
