Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California, or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
- Experience delivering OT services in school settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based OT services to students in preschool–5th grade
- Participate as an active IEP team member, including attending meetings and documenting progress
- Conduct OT assessments and re-evaluations as needed
- Write and update progress reports on IEP goals
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students between two sites
