School Occupational Therapist - Chester, Vermont

Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy Certificate (required)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of K-12 developmental needs
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to travel between buildings as needed
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to support IEP goals
- Document interventions, progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver direct and indirect OT services across four district sites
- Encourage participation and independence through adaptive strategies and interventions
