Qualifications:

- Reliable organizational skills and commitment to managing diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student strengths and areas for development related to school performance
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies aligned with educational goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute to IEP planning, and provide consultative support to staff and families
- Promote adaptation of the school environment and curriculum for students with diverse needs
- Document progress, maintain records, and comply with established protocols and regulations
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers to facilitate inclusive classroom participation
