Occupational Therapist School Setting - Claremont, NH

Seeking two experienced Occupational Therapists to provide essential supervision and guidance for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within a supportive school environment. This is a contract opportunity structured for the 26/27 school year, spanning approximately 20 hours per month per therapist, with on-site duties close to Claremont, NH.
In this role, you will supervise and mentor up to two COTAs each, ensuring quality therapeutic service delivery while meeting compliance standards. Your expertise will not only directly benefit students but also contribute to the development of fellow therapy professionals in the district.
What you’ll bring:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Previous work within a school or educational setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to maintaining accurate supervision documentation
- Professionalism and reliability
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site clinical supervision to designated COTAs within school settings
- Provide approximately seven hours of direct supervision per COTA monthly
- Complete all required supervision documentation and related administrative tasks
- Work closely with district staff and supervisees to support effective, compliant service delivery
Additional Details:
- Each OT will oversee up to two COTAs among four currently placed in the district
- Reimbursement available for mileage associated with travel to and from the school site, following the current IRS rate
