Desired Experience & Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license for the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience working in schools or early childhood settings preferred
- Comfortable and passionate about serving younger children
- Ability to obtain or provide PA state clearances as required
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in similar educational roles is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services onsite to support students’ academic and developmental growth
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of interventions and progress
- Engage as an essential member of the school’s support and intervention teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP planning
