Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with IEPs
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative, proactive approach to student support
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans
- Deliver both direct therapeutic interventions and consultative, indirect services
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with school, district, and state guidelines
