What You’ll Need:
- Active Colorado OT License & Teaching Certificate (CDE)
- Experience in school-based OT, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy
- Comfortable with providing IEPs, evaluations, and direct/indirect therapy services
- Willingness to travel between multiple K-12 school sites
- Ability to handle caseload model assignments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality OT services for K-12 students under a caseload system
- Conduct IEP meetings, evaluations, and provide both in-person and in-home services (full-time 37.5 hrs/wk or in-home part time)
- Collaborate with district teams and attend admin/paid meetings as needed
- Complete required documentation and reporting efficiently
