Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ abilities and develop tailored intervention strategies addressing their unique needs
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document sessions and maintain accurate progress records in compliance with district requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing professional expertise to student care plans
- Educate school personnel on occupational therapy techniques and best practices for classroom support
