Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in schools, home health, or broader healthcare OT settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple locations within the district
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varied needs
- Commitment to on-site work during the contract period
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students, supporting IEP goals and access to curriculum
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with school and district policies
- Engage positively with students and staff while fostering inclusive participation
