Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and related documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with students, parents, and educators
- Comfortable working onsite and adapting to school routines and schedules
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and establish intervention goals
- Develop and carry out therapy sessions tailored to individual IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into classroom activities
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation on student progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families
