Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student abilities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Track progress, document sessions, and participate in IEP meetings
- Suggest classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
- Communicate regularly with families and staff, offering insights and recommendations to help students thrive
