Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of MA
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, educators, and parents
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans for young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted therapy plans for preschool and elementary students
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to support students’ academic success and functional participation in school
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
