Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment for students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to create and implement effective strategies that promote student success and participation
- Adapt therapy plans to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and classroom environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state policies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommending supports aligned with students’ goals
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure continuity of care and address specific concerns
