Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois

Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services for students in elementary and middle grades across two school sites (one per day)
- Support general education, resource, and self-contained special education classrooms
- Maintain detailed progress notes and collaborate with school teams
