- Ability to create individualized intervention plans and adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Solid grasp of IEP documentation and compliance processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop student-centered OT goals, and deliver interventions in both in-person and teletherapy formats.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize students’ learning and participation.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards.
- Provide consultative support and training to staff regarding sensory and motor needs in the educational environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for goal development, accommodations, and student progress.
- Monitor and report student outcomes regularly, adjusting plans as needed for optimal results.
