School Occupational Therapist - Denver, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in school-based OT services, home health, teletherapy, or other relevant healthcare settings
- Strong ability to assess, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents
- Effective communicator with multidisciplinary teams, students, and caregivers
- Comfortable with documentation and using digital tools for teletherapy
- Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and direct interventions for students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
- Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
- Provide therapy both onsite in schools and remotely via telehealth, as assigned
- Complete accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
