Desired Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice occupational therapy in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience supporting student populations in schools, home health, healthcare facilities, or via teletherapy
- Familiarity with IEPs, therapeutic assessments, and goal setting for school-aged children
- Adaptability to diverse environments and service delivery models
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted OT interventions to students across multiple settings (in-person and virtually)
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student independence
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to state and district regulations
- Flexibly support caseloads in schools, homes, clinics, and teletherapy platforms
