Qualifications:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) state license is required.
- Prior experience working with middle and high school-aged students is highly preferred.
- Strong capability in conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering direct therapy services.
- Familiarity with school systems, team collaboration, and case management advantageous.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across both middle and high school settings.
- Assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and implement effective therapy strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families as part of the IEP team to support student success.
- Contribute to the creation and progress monitoring of IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs.
- Document all services and interventions thoroughly in compliance with district requirements.
