Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (IL OT License)
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued

- Ability to design and implement individual and group therapy plans that align with educational goals
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy services within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress and access to curriculum
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Attend IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to student goal setting
- Provide training and resources to school staff to facilitate student independence and inclusion
- Engage proactively as part of a multidisciplinary team
