Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare settings with pediatric populations

- Adept at collaborating with teachers, staff members, and families to support individualized education plans
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to varying caseload needs across multiple sites
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions to help preschoolers achieve their developmental and educational goals
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor, visual-motor, sensory, and self-help skills
- Maintain ongoing communication with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and updates
- Accurately document student progress and maintain required records in a timely manner
- Travel between three school sites as part of your weekly schedule
