Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred

- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Flexibility and the capacity to adapt to varied caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to create supportive learning environments
- Deliver home health interventions for students as needed, tailoring approaches to home settings
- Maintain thorough and timely records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and status updates
- Educate school personnel and caregivers on best practices to maximize student progress
