Occupational Therapist School Setting - Elgin, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Active and current Occupational Therapist license

- Ability to manage time and responsibilities across a diverse caseload
- Enthusiasm for fostering student independence and learning
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and assessment of students’ occupational therapy needs within the school setting
- Developing and implementing individualized interventions and strategies
- Collaborating with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support student goals
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with district and state regulations
- Providing support during IEP meetings and contributing OT expertise in planning
