Qualifications:
- Active clinical license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Active educator license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to complete fingerprint requirements for credentialing
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students ages Pre K–Transition (up to 22 years)
- Travel between assigned schools (elementary, middle, and high school sites)
- Manage an itinerant caseload that varies based on school assignments
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs and interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation for evaluation, treatment, and progress
