Occupational Therapist School Setting in Englewood, CO

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for Colorado, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in school-based OT, with an understanding of educational settings
- Proficiency delivering occupational therapy through teletherapy platforms
- Background in home health or healthcare OT preferred
- Comfort developing IEP goals, writing reports, and participating in meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct OT services in-person, in homes, and via teletherapy modalities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child’s functional independence
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, family conferences, and professional development sessions
