Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine needs and recommend appropriate OT interventions
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for progress reports and compliance
- Consult with classroom teachers and staff to integrate supports across school routines
- Instruct students in techniques to develop fine motor, visual motor, and self-help skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
