What you bring:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy, including direct and virtual service delivery
- Ability to support a diverse student caseload, adapting interventions for various ages and abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnerships with educators, families, and other specialists
- Credentialed as required by California state guidelines
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across assigned school sites—onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Conduct assessments, develop customized goals, and create treatment plans to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student planning
- Engage in ongoing communication with educators and families to ensure continuity of care
