Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Massachusetts (OT in MA)
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Passion for supporting elementary-aged children with diverse needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Dedication to individualized, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for elementary students
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment that encourages independence and participation
