Key Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico occupational therapist license required
- Prior experience working in school-based settings is preferred
- Background in serving students at elementary, middle, and high school levels

- Ability to assess students’ needs, adapt interventions, and track progress effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students, addressing a variety of physical, sensory, and developmental needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Support academic achievement and independence by enhancing students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to comprehensive evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy interventions, assessments, and communications
- Offer consultative support to school staff and caregivers, fostering inclusive learning environments
