Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
- Previous experience supporting school-aged children in educational settings is highly recommended

- Skilled in developing tailored interventions and strategies for diverse student needs
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify each student’s unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement
- Design and implement effective interventions to promote fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
