Qualifications:
- Active OT license in Washington State
- ESA certification required
- Strong preference for prior school-based OT experience
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage K-12 caseloads (full time OT = 900-950 direct service minutes per week)
- Travel between 4-5 schools based on need
- Deliver assessments, therapy interventions, and IEP documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
