Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT licensure in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (Pre-K through 12th grade)
- Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide up to 950 direct service minutes weekly
- Manage a caseload spanning pre-kindergarten through 12th grade
- Create and implement individualized occupational therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Flexibly adapt to varying start/end times and school assignments
