What You’ll Bring:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Florida
- Experience working in a school setting is highly valued
- Flexibility to travel and serve multiple school sites throughout Hendry County
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
- Evaluate students’ needs, develop intervention plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, providing professional input regarding student care
- Stay organized while managing a caseload that spans various campuses
