- Excellent communication and organization skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to determine needs for OT services and develop individualized goals
- Execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions within the school environment
- Consult with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to support student success
- Document and report progress according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student care
