Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible to practice in Georgia
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Previous supervision of COTAs is a plus
- Comfortable with teletherapy services and in-person care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students, both virtually and on-site
- Complete screeners and thorough evaluations as part of individualized education planning
- Oversee and mentor two COTAs, ensuring therapy plans are followed appropriately
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
