What We’re Looking For:
- Current Occupational Therapist license valid in the state of Florida
- Experience providing OT services in school settings, supporting a range of students (Kindergarten, 2nd-4th Grade, and High School)
- Comfort working on-site with students and collaborating in person with multidisciplinary teams; some remote work considered as part of a hybrid schedule
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse age groups and student needs
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
Primary Duties:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor student progress and maintain consistent documentation
- Adjust interventions as needed to optimize student growth and participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
