Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring two full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) for school-based positions in Fredericksburg, Virginia for the upcoming school year. These are excellent opportunities to join a collaborative district team and support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic and daily success.
Job Highlights:
- 2 full-time, school-based OT positions available
- K–12 caseloads based on district assignment
- Provide OT evaluations, direct therapy services, and IEP support
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers
- Maintain documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance requirements
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Virginia OT license
- NBCOT certification
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
