Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong foundation in pediatric therapy and IEP implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and organize a full caseload
- Dedication to positive outcomes for diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create targeted therapy plans
- Deliver direct interventions, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic goals
- Provide input for IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult with teachers and parents to implement classroom accommodations
- Support students in developing fine motor skills and essential life skills
As part of this contract, you’ll enjoy a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to connect with passionate professionals dedicated to student growth.
